Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using Invoice101, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the service.

The Invoice101 Service

Invoice101 is an online invoicing platform provided by Afribase Consultants that allows businesses to create, send, and track professional invoices, quotations, and customer statements.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Free Trial

Invoice101 offers a 3-day free trial that includes 1 invoice, 1 quotation, and 1 statement. The trial begins when you create your business workspace and complete onboarding. No credit card is required to start the trial.

Trial Limitations

During the free trial, you may create up to 1 invoice, 1 quotation, and 1 statement. Once these limits are reached, you will need to upgrade to a paid plan to create additional documents. Your data remains accessible in a read-only state after the trial ends.

Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscription plans and pricing will be made available in the future. Until then, accounts can be activated by contacting help@afribase.co.za. Subscription terms, billing cycles, and pricing will be communicated when available.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into Invoice101, including business details, client information, and financial data. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Invoice101 for any unlawful purpose, to enter false or misleading information, to infringe on the rights of others, or to attempt to disrupt or compromise the service.

Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Invoice101. We do not claim ownership of your business data, client information, or documents. We process your data solely to provide the service to you.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss resulting from circumstances beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

Invoice101, its design, features, and branding are the intellectual property of Afribase Consultants. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the service without our permission. Your business logo and branding remain your property.

Termination and Suspension

You may close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that are flagged for suspicious activity. Upon termination, your data may be retained in a read-only state.

Limitation of Liability

Invoice101 is provided on an "as is" basis. Afribase Consultants is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
